It's been about a month and a half since me and my family moved house. It's also the same about of time since I last exercised at the Billingham Oxygym! Because of this, despite maintaining a good BMI (i.e. 22.7) with a low-fat diet, I have more skinfolds on my torso, back and waist than ever due to lack of muscular training.
Determined to change this, I've started going back to the Oxygym and updated my weekly timetable so that I exercise there two or three times a week. Not only will it help me improve my figure and posture but it will also allow me to blow off most of the steam that was building up within me for the past few days.
